We will hold an indoor top rope course in English for non-Swedish speakers with part one 27/11 and part two 3/12.
Please note that that if you understand Swedish and have no problem attending one of our normal courses then this course is unfortunately not intended for you. Sorry! Next regular course will be 2020.
During the course will will teach how to safely belay someone climbing with top rope indoors. The course includes both practical and theoretical parts. After passing the course you will receive a ”grönt kort” (”green card”) that shows that you know how to safely belay someone. This card is required in a lot of Swedish climbing gyms if you want to belay a top rope climber.
The course is on two separate occasions and to pass you must attend both.
* Part 1: Wednesday November 27, 2019, 18:00-21:00.
* Part 2: Tuesday December 3, 2019, 18:00-21:00.
The participation fee, which is paid on site at the first occasion, is 400 kr for club members and 600 kr for non-members.
We will provide all necessary equipment. It’s not allowed to use your own safety equipment, but feel free to bring your own climbing shoes and chalk.
There’s a maximum of 4 participants. You must be at least 15 years of age to attend. Registration is binding.
